About Coach the Coaches
Coach the Coaches, under the leadership of Kai Gerber, with his many years of experience, including as a specialist Kids Tennis by Swiss Tennis, helps to answer the following questions in the children's and youth sector:

How should the life of a young person look like if the goal is a place in professional tennis?
The 2-day international workshop addresses tennis teachers, supervisors and parents in children's and youth tennis. Leading tennis specialists from all over the world pass on their knowledge. The Coach the Coaches Workshop will take place in Basel in cooperation with Swiss Indoors Basel on the final weekend as a side-event of the ATP 500 tournement.

In addition, the participants have the opportunity to view the documents and lectures via the video platform of Coach the Coaches either on site or via live streaming after the workshop and to use them for internal training.
Raeda Sports was founded in April 2023 by Kai Gerber, Frank Babik and Beat Weidmann with the aim of putting our partners and athletes at the center and acting on their behalf and in their interests.
Raeda Sports also organizes under the brand Coach the Coaches workshop and live streaming sessions for coaches and the athlete's environment in tennis and in the future also in other sports.
In addition, Raeda Sports develops sports sponsorship strategies for national and international companies and implements them with partners.

Kai Gerber is the founder of Coach the Coaches, his goal was and is to better network internationally recognized and experienced children's coaches and to promote children's tennis. In addition to the state training in Germany and Switzerland, he is currently a specialist in kids tennis and a member of the Swisstennis training team; J&S expert at the Federal Office of Sport (Baspo).

More than 30 years of professional experience in a management position in marketing, in sponsoring in the areas of sports and culture, sales and in project management in the payment card area of a Swiss bank.
Since June 2021 owner of the company BW Management. The company looks after athletes in various sports and takes on projects and mandates from associations and clubs.
He is also a lecturer in sponsoring and uses his business network in Switzerland and Italy to network business, culture and sport.

Frank is a qualified sports scientist and holds the highest coaching licenses in Germany and Switzerland for the sport of tennis.
He is the founder, co-owner and head coach of the proteam tennis academy in Münchenstein.
